How our call-out fee works
Every service package includes the mobile call-out. For smaller stand-alone repairs such as a flat tyre, brake adjustment or gear adjustment, a $25 call-out fee is added unless the individual job says otherwise. It means we can still bring the workshop to you for the basics, rather than you spending 2+ hours loading the bike, dropping it at a shop, waiting for booking-in, taking follow-up calls and then returning to collect it.
